Terms of Service

CondoAI provides an AI-powered property management platform designed for Ontario condominium corporations, property managers, boards of directors, and related stakeholders. Features include document management, compliance automation, meeting management, resident communications, and AI-assisted tools.

The platform is provided as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription. Access is granted on a per-organization basis subject to a current subscription agreement.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use CondoAI. Users representing condominium corporations must be authorized to act on behalf of that corporation under the Condominium Act, 1998 (Ontario) or by board resolution.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@condoai.app.

CondoAI is designed to assist with compliance obligations under the Condominium Act, 1998 (Ontario), the Condominium Management Services Act, 2015 (Ontario), and related regulations. However, CondoAI does not constitute legal advice.

AI-generated documents, compliance alerts, and summaries are provided as operational tools only. Property managers and boards remain solely responsible for ensuring their decisions and actions comply with applicable legislation. We recommend consulting qualified legal counsel for matters of legal significance.

You retain ownership of all condominium corporation data, documents, and content you upload to the platform (“Your Content”). You grant CondoAI a limited license to process, store, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide the platform services.

We will not use Your Content to train AI models without your explicit written consent. We will not share Your Content with other organizations or third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the right to upload Your Content and that doing so does not violate any applicable law, including the privacy provisions of the Condominium Act, 1998 (Ontario) governing owner and resident information.

The platform uses artificial intelligence to generate documents, summaries, compliance alerts, meeting minutes, and other content (“AI Output”). AI Output is provided for operational convenience and efficiency.

You acknowledge that:

• AI Output may contain errors or omissions
• AI Output does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice
• You are responsible for reviewing AI Output before relying on it for any official or legal purpose
• CondoAI is not liable for decisions made based on AI Output without appropriate human review

Access to CondoAI requires a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and payment conditions are set out in your executed subscription agreement with Next Century Solutions Inc.

Failure to maintain a current subscription will result in suspension of platform access. We will provide reasonable notice before suspension for non-payment.

The CondoAI platform, including its software, design, AI models, trademarks, and brand assets, is owned by Next Century Solutions Inc. and protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the platform as described herein.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not warrant that AI Output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEXT CENTURY SOLUTIONS INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for material breach of these Terms, with notice where reasonably practicable.

Upon termination, we will provide a data export of Your Content within 30 days. Your obligation to pay any outstanding subscription fees survives termination.
